sec.297 Application of requirements about food safety supervisor and food safety program to existing licensees

This section applies to a person who is a licensee immediately before the commencement. Sections 86(1) and 88(1) apply to the person as if the requirement to comply with the sections within 30 days after the licence is issued under section 60(1) were a requirement for the person to comply with the sections by 1 July 2008. The person is not liable for an offence against section 99(1) committed before 1 July 2008. s 297 ins 2007 No. 54 s 40 (sec.297-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is a licensee immediately before the commencement.
