sec.27 Procedure before taking action under s 26
Before the chief executive does a thing under section 26 (2) , the chief executive must— consult with the chief executive officer of the local government; and give the local government a reasonable opportunity to do the thing.
- (a) consult with the chief executive officer of the local government; and
