sec.269 Definition for pt 3
In this part— prescribed contaminant means any of the following prescribed under a regulation— an antibiotic; a pathogen; another thing that may contaminate food.
- (a) an antibiotic;
- (b) a pathogen;
- (c) another thing that may contaminate food.
