sec.267 False or misleading statements
A person must not, for an application made under chapter 3 , 4 or 5 , state anything the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. A person must not state anything to an auditor the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. A person must not state anything to an authorised person the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
