sec.263 Availability of guideline
The chief executive must keep a copy of each guideline, as in force from time to time, available for inspection, free of charge, by local governments and members of the public at— the department’s head office; and other places the chief executive considers appropriate. Also, the chief executive must publish each guideline, as in force from time to time, on the department’s website on the internet.
