sec.261 Fines payable to local government
Subsection (2) applies if— a proceeding for an offence about a matter is taken by a local government; and a court imposes a fine for the offence. The fine must be paid to the local government. (sec.261-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— a proceeding for an offence about a matter is taken by a local government; and a court imposes a fine for the offence. (sec.261-ssec.2) The fine must be paid to the local government.
