sec.25 When State and local governments administer this Act in partnership
The chief executive officer of a local government and the chief executive may agree that— the State do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 23 (1) ; or the local government do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 22 (1) . For subsection (1) (a) , the chief executive may perform functions and exercise powers for this Act for a matter mentioned in section 23 (1) . For subsection (1) (b) , the chief executive officer may perform functions and exercise powers for this Act for a matter mentioned in section 22 (1) . (sec.25-ssec.1) The chief executive officer of a local government and the chief executive may agree that— the State do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 23 (1) ; or the local government do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 22 (1) . (sec.25-ssec.2) For subsection (1) (a) , the chief executive may perform functions and exercise powers for this Act for a matter mentioned in section 23 (1) . (sec.25-ssec.3) For subsection (1) (b) , the chief executive officer may perform functions and exercise powers for this Act for a matter mentioned in section 22 (1) .
- (a) the State do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 23 (1) ; or
- (b) the local government do a thing in the administration or enforcement of this Act for a matter mentioned in section 22 (1) .
