sec.236 Review process starts with internal review
Subject to this part, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under chapter 3 , 4 or 5 (an original decision ) may apply for review of the decision under this chapter. The review must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review under section 237 . s 236 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1011 (sec.236-ssec.1) Subject to this part, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under chapter 3 , 4 or 5 (an original decision ) may apply for review of the decision under this chapter. (sec.236-ssec.2) The review must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review under section 237 .
