sec.22 Provisions that are administered only by the State
The following provisions of this Act are to be administered and enforced by the State and not by local governments— sections 34 , 37 , 38 and 39 (2) to (4) ; chapter 5 ; section 159 ; chapter 6A ; chapter 7 , part 4 . This section is subject to section 25 . s 22 amd 2016 No. 8 s 4 (sec.22-ssec.1) The following provisions of this Act are to be administered and enforced by the State and not by local governments— sections 34 , 37 , 38 and 39 (2) to (4) ; chapter 5 ; section 159 ; chapter 6A ; chapter 7 , part 4 . (sec.22-ssec.2) This section is subject to section 25 .
