sec.210 Approval for particular improvement notice
This section applies to an improvement notice given to a person by an authorised person appointed by a chief executive officer. If remedying the contravention, or having it remedied, within the reasonable time stated in the notice would be likely to stop the person’s food business from operating, the notice must be approved by the local government before it is given to the person. (sec.210-ssec.1) This section applies to an improvement notice given to a person by an authorised person appointed by a chief executive officer. (sec.210-ssec.2) If remedying the contravention, or having it remedied, within the reasonable time stated in the notice would be likely to stop the person’s food business from operating, the notice must be approved by the local government before it is given to the person.
