sec.207 Failure to comply with authorised person’s directions in emergency
A person to whom a direction is given under section 205 (1) (a) must comply with the direction, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 260A , to have also committed the offence. s 207 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1
