sec.196 Power of destruction
An authorised person may destroy a thing seized under this part if— the thing consists wholly or partly of contaminated or decomposed matter; or the authorised person reasonably believes the thing poses an immediate risk to public health or safety.
- (a) the thing consists wholly or partly of contaminated or decomposed matter; or
- (b) the authorised person reasonably believes the thing poses an immediate risk to public health or safety.
