sec.173 Resignation
An authorised person may resign by signed notice given to the administering executive. For subsection (1) , for a person appointed under this Act as an authorised person by 2 or more chief executive officers, the person may resign by signed notice given to one of the chief executives. (sec.173-ssec.1) An authorised person may resign by signed notice given to the administering executive. (sec.173-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , for a person appointed under this Act as an authorised person by 2 or more chief executive officers, the person may resign by signed notice given to one of the chief executives.
