sec.167 Functions of authorised person
An authorised person has the following functions relating to the carrying on of a food business— to enforce this Act; to monitor compliance with this Act by inspecting places where a food business is carried on; to help achieve the purposes of this Act by providing advice and information on how the purposes may be achieved.
- (a) to enforce this Act;
