sec.166 Powers of particular authorised persons limited to local government area
An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officer of a local government under section 168 (2) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local government and its area. An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officers of 2 or more local governments under section 168 (3) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local governments and their areas. (sec.166-ssec.1) An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officer of a local government under section 168 (2) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local government and its area. (sec.166-ssec.2) An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officers of 2 or more local governments under section 168 (3) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local governments and their areas.
