sec.153 Surrender of approval
An auditor may surrender the auditor’s approval by notice given to the chief executive. The approval must accompany the notice. The surrender takes effect on the later of the following— the day the notice is given to the chief executive; the day stated in the notice for that purpose. (sec.153-ssec.1) An auditor may surrender the auditor’s approval by notice given to the chief executive. (sec.153-ssec.2) The approval must accompany the notice. (sec.153-ssec.3) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following— the day the notice is given to the chief executive; the day stated in the notice for that purpose.
