sec.150 Return of cancelled or suspended approval to chief executive
This section applies if the chief executive has cancelled or suspended an approval and given an information notice for the decision to the auditor. The auditor must return the approval to the chief executive within 7 days after receiving the information notice, unless the auditor has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
