84D Guidelines (1) The Chief Health Officer may make guidelines relating to matters for this Part. (2) The guidelines may apply, adopt or incorporate (with or without changes) a matter contained in another document or instrument as in force or existing at a particular time or from time to time. (3) The guidelines must be published on the Agency's website. (4) The Chief Health Officer must, by Gazette notice, give notice of making the guidelines. (5) The notice must: (a) describe the subject matter of the guidelines; and (b) state the date on which the guidelines take effect (which may not be earlier than the date of the notice); and (c) state that the guidelines are published on the Agency's website.
