76 Display etc. of notice of registration (1) The proprietor of a registered food business must display a copy of the notice of registration or, if the registration is renewed, notice of the renewal of the registration in a conspicuous place on each premises where the operations of the food business are carried on. (2) A person who, in the course of carrying on the operations of the registered food business, is transporting food for sale or handling or selling food away from a premises referred to in subsection (1) must have with him or her a copy of the notice of registration or renewed registration which he or she may display to a person on being requested to do so.
