66 Enforcement agency entitled to answer application The enforcement agency under whose authority the authorised officer seized the substance or thing the subject of an application made under section 65: (a) is a party to the application; (b) must be served with a copy of the application in accordance with the Local Court's rules of court; and (c) is entitled to appear as respondent at the hearing of the application.
