60 Return of substance or thing seized If, before a substance or thing is forfeited to the Territory under section 61, the enforcement agency under whose authority the authorised officer who seized the substance or thing was acting at the time of seizing it becomes satisfied that no offence relating to the substance or thing has been committed against this Act or the Regulations, the enforcement agency must, as soon as practicable, deliver the substance or thing to: (a) the person from whom it was seized; or (b) any other person who appears to the enforcement agency to be entitled to it.
