35 Conditions on exercise of powers etc. by enforcement agencies (1) The Chief Health Officer may, in writing, impose conditions or limitations on the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the enforcement agency under this Act. (2) Before imposing a condition or limitation under subsection (1), the Chief Health Officer must confer with the enforcement agency regarding the imposition of the condition or limitation.
