#### 59 Compliance with improvement notice 59 Compliance with improvement notice > > (1) If an improvement notice is complied with, an authorised officer is to note the date of compliance on a copy of the notice. > > > (2) An authorised officer must give a copy of an improvement notice, noted in accordance with this section, to the person on whom the improvement notice was served if requested to do so by the person.
