#### 131 Court may order costs and expenses 131 Court may order costs and expenses > Without affecting any other power of a court to award costs, a court that hears proceedings for an offence under this Act or the regulations has power to make such orders as it thinks fit in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the examination, seizure, detention, storage, analysis (including further analysis), destruction or other disposition of any thing the subject of those proceedings.
