#### 125 No defence to allege deterioration of sample 125 No defence to allege deterioration of sample > In any proceedings for an offence under this Act or the regulations, it is not a defence for a person to allege that any part of a sample retained for future comparison with a sample that has been analysed has from natural causes deteriorated, perished or undergone any material change in its constitution.
