#### 114 Appointment of authorised officers 114 Appointment of authorised officers > > (1) An enforcement agency may appoint a person to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act, but only if the enforcement agency considers the person has appropriate qualifications or experience to exercise the functions of an authorised officer. > > > (2) Each enforcement agency is to prepare and maintain a list of authorised officers appointed by it. > > > (3) Unless sooner revoked, the appointment of an authorised officer by a person or body ceases to have effect if the person or body ceases to be an enforcement agency. > > **s 114:** Am 2007 No 47, Sch 1 \[14\].
