98 Replacement of certificates of registration (1) The chief health officer may issue a replacement certificate of registration of a food business to the proprietor of the business if satisfied that the certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed. (2) A certificate of registration issued under this section must be issued for the remainder of the period of the certificate that it replaces.
