43 Contravening emergency order (1) A person commits an offence if the person engages in conduct that contravenes a prohibition, direction, condition or requirement of an emergency order applying to the person. (2) In this section: emergency order includes an emergency order as affected by an order of the Supreme Court under section 42 (Operation of emergency orders).
