13A Meaning of food standards code (1) In this Act: food standards code means the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code as defined in the Commonwealth Act, section 4 (1), as in force from time to time. (2) The Legislation Act, section 47 (6) does not apply to the food Note The food standards code does not need to be notified under the Legislation Act because s 47 (6) does not apply (see Legislation Act, s 47 (7)).
