100 Action that may be taken in relation to registration of food businesses The chief health officer may take the following action under section 101 in relation to the registration of a food business if there has been a breach of this Act in the conduct of the food business: (a) cancel the registration; (b) suspend the registration for a period of not longer than 1 year; (c) impose a condition on, or amend a condition of, the registration.
