79 Temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine for which notification has been given (1) This section applies if immediately before the commencement date, the operation of a temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine has been notified under Part VI of the unamended Act. (2) Notification of the operation of the temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine is taken to have been given under Division 4 of Part VI.
