78 Temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine currently registered (1) This section applies if immediately before the commencement date, a temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine is registered under Part VI of the unamended Act. (2) Until that registration expires, the temporary food premises, mobile food premises or food vending machine is taken to be registered under Division 4 of Part VI.
