75 Declarations made and exemptions granted before commencement (1) On the commencement date, the following cease to have effect— (a) any declaration made under section 19C as in force immediately before that date; (b) any exemption granted under section 19V as in force immediately before that date. (2) An exemption granted under section 38(3) as in force immediately before the commencement date remains in force for 4 months after that date unless sooner revoked under section 38(4).
