40F Cancellation of registration
The registration authority may cancel the registration of a food premises if satisfied that the applicant proprietor has permanently ceased to operate a food business from the premises.
A new proprietor proposing to operate a food business from the food premises should apply for registration of the premises under this Part. It is an offence to allow an unregistered food business to operate from a food premises: see section 35A(1).
