40B Minister may specify period of registration S. 40B(1) amended by No. 38/2020 s. 36. (1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, declare that the registration of a specified class of food premises is to remain in force for a specified period. (2) The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, vary any such declaration. (3) In making a declaration, the Minister may also declare what transitional arrangements are to apply to enable the effective operation of the declaration.
