39C Contravention of section 34 of the Meat Industry Act 1993 The proprietor of a food premises must not contravene the requirements of section 34 of the **Meat Industry Act 1993** at, on or in respect of a food premises that is registered, or is required to be registered, under this Act. 1. First offence 100 penalty units. Second or subsequent offence 500 penalty units or imprisonment for 24 months or both. Note to s. 39C inserted by No. 13/2013 s. 24(9).
