39B Offence to fail to comply with registration condition
If the registration or renewal of registration of a food premises is the subject of a condition under section 39A(3), the proprietor of the premises must comply with the condition.
1. 50 penalty units for a first offence and 100 penalty units for a second or subsequent offence.
