38G Change of food safety program type (1) This section applies if there is a change of the food safety program type used for the food premises. (2) The proprietor of the food premises must notify the registration authority of the change within 14 days of it occurring. (3) A failure to comply with subsection (2) is a ground for— (a) the refusal of the renewal of the registration of the premises; and (4) The registration authority may require the proprietor of the food premises to comply with any requirements of the Act that would apply if the proprietor were applying for registration of the food premises using the new food safety program type.
