37 Notification requirement of Food Standards Code The proprietor of a food business is taken to have complied with the requirements of the Food Standards Code relating to notification for a food premises if the proprietor has— (a) applied for the registration of the food premises or notified the registration authority of an intention to operate the food premises; and (b) given the registration authority the information and documents required under section 36.
