19S Conflict of interest (1) A person must not conduct a food safety audit of a food premises if the person has written, or assisted in preparing, the food safety program for the premises. (2) A person must not conduct a food safety audit of a food premises if the person is the proprietor, or an employee or officer of the proprietor, of the premises. (3) For the purposes of this section, ***assisted in preparing*** does not include advice given by, or on behalf of, the registration authority to assist a proprietor of a food premises comply with this Act.
