19R Offence to impersonate approved auditor (1) A person must not directly or indirectly represent that he or she is an approved food safety auditor unless the person is an approved food safety auditor. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a person represents that he or she is an approved food safety auditor if the person uses or takes the title "approved food safety auditor". (3) A person must not directly or indirectly represent that he or she is authorised to conduct a food safety audit unless the person is an approved food safety auditor.
