19K Requirement for food safety audit (1) The proprietor of a food premises that is required by a declaration under section 19C to have a food safety audit conducted must ensure that a food safety audit of the premises is conducted— (a) as required under section 19H; and (b) by an approved food safety auditor whose certificate under section 19P states that he or she is competent to conduct an audit of food premises of the class or of a category to which the premises belongs.
