17B Application of provisions outside jurisdiction Except as provided in section 17D, for the purposes of a provision of this Part, it does not matter that the food concerned was sold or intended for sale outside Victoria. See section 17D for a defence in relation to food intended for export. Division 3—Defences S. 17C inserted by No. 14/2001 s. 8.
