14 Sale of food not complying with purchaser's demand (1) A person must not, in the course of carrying on a food business, supply food by way of sale if the food is not of the nature or substance demanded by the purchaser. Note to s. 14(1) inserted by No. 13/2013 s. 24(4). (2) For the purposes of this section, it is immaterial whether the food concerned is safe. S. 15 substituted by No. 14/2001 s. 8.
