78 Nominations for listing made before commencement of new Part 3 (1) A nomination that was made to the Committee under Part 3 as in force immediately before the commencement day that was under consideration by the Committee under section 13 of that Part immediately before the commencement day is taken— (a) to have been made under Division 3 of Part 3 of this Act as amended by the 2019 Act; and (b) to be under consideration of the Committee under section 16B. (2) A nomination that was made to the Committee under Part 3 as in force immediately before the commencement day in respect of which the Committee had accepted the nomination and for which no Order was made under section 10 of that Part immediately before the commencement day is taken— (a) to have been made under Division 3 of Part 3 of this Act as amended by the 2019 Act; and (b) to be under assessment by the Committee under section 16C. S. 79 inserted by No. 28/2019 s. 43.
