74 Scientific Advisory Committee Despite the amendment of section 8 of this Act by section 9 of the 2019 Act— (a) the Scientific Advisory Committee established immediately before the commencement day is taken to be the Scientific Advisory Committee established under this Act; and (b) a person appointed as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee whose appointment is in effect immediately before the commencement day is taken to be appointed as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee under this Act. S. 75 inserted by No. 28/2019 s. 43.
