59 Offence to interfere with notices marks or equipment A person must not interfere with— (a) any notice or marker erected in accordance with this Act; or S. 59(b) amended by No. 28/2019 s. 34(1). (b) any mark which is required to be attached to flora or fauna or any other thing under this Act; or (c) any equipment being used for the purposes of this Act.
