53B Offence to contravene terms of authorisation If the taking, trading in or keeping of any fish that is a member of a listed taxon of fauna or a part or member of a listed community of flora or fauna is authorised by an Order under section 53A, a person must not take, trade in or keep that fish in contravention of the terms and conditions fixed in that Order. Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years or both;
