42 Register of critical habitat determinations and habitat conservation orders (1) The Secretary must ensure that a register of critical habitat determinations and habitat conservation orders is kept and maintained. (2) The register must include information relating to the following— (a) critical habitat determinations; (b) the amendment or revocation of any critical habitat determinations; (c) agreements with landowners and public authorities relating to areas of critical habitat; (d) habitat conservation orders; (e) the amendment or revocation of any habitat conservation orders. (3) Subject to subsection (4), the Secretary must ensure that an up-to-date copy of the register is made publicly available on the Internet. (4) The Secretary may restrict access to certain information in the register if the Secretary considers that it is necessary to do so in the public interest. Division 2—The handling of flora
