30 Publication of habitat conservation orders (1) The Minister must publish notice of the making of a habitat conservation order in the Government Gazette. (2) A habitat conservation order comes into operation— (a) on the date on which the notice under subsection (1) is published in the Government Gazette; or (b) on any later date specified in the notice.
